The team has a strong sense of camaraderie and a good work ethic. I like working with competent, kind and funny people who like to get things done and that’s what I most enjoy in this role. I also like that everyone cares about each other’s wellbeing.

We have an open, honest and friendly culture. Senior management are approachable and they try to establish the company vision through meetings and events that inspire us to work towards shared goals and targets. There is a sense of trust that you’ll get your job done and seek help if you need it.

You get the sense that you’re being catered for here, from the weekly provision of fruit to monthly breakfasts to encourage team bonding. I can honestly say that I’ve found a job I love, with work that fulfils me and I get to do it with people who want the same for themselves.

We are based in one of London’s most eclectic and iconic streets. There are vintage clothes stores, independent coffee shops, quirky bars, pop-up stalls and street market stands close by. We have a spacious canteen and fridges to store our lunch, but I eat out a lot because there are so many choices. The location is unrivalled when it comes to food options – there’s Italian, Thai, African, Indian and more depending on your preference.

It’s very easy to commute here, and it’s a great place to work. You cannot want for more; Spitalfields is on the doorstep and there are plenty of food options, bars and shops nearby. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and if you bump into anyone in the office or kitchen they say hello – everyone is interested.

The people are really welcoming as well as being extremely passionate. Everyone wants to do a good job here, as we all have the same goals and seem to pull in the same direction.

They tell you when you start that there’s a very flat structure and open-door policy, and that is 100% true. Andrew [Fray, Managing Director] has never said to me he doesn’t have time and his door is always open.

The management team is superb at public speaking, and their message is always relevant and genuine. It’s amazing, before this I’d never worked for a company where the strategy remains consistent and there is continuous revenue growth. It makes me feel proud of my job and invigorates my passion.

Fiona joined as a Customer Relationship Manager and after a year she transitioned into her current UK Account Manager role.
