The team has a strong sense of camaraderie and a good work ethic. I like working with competent, kind and funny people who like to get things done and that’s what I most enjoy in this role. I also like that everyone cares about each other’s wellbeing.
We have an open, honest and friendly culture. Senior management are approachable and they try to establish the company vision through meetings and events that inspire us to work towards shared goals and targets. There is a sense of trust that you’ll get your job done and seek help if you need it.
You get the sense that you’re being catered for here, from the weekly provision of fruit to monthly breakfasts to encourage team bonding. I can honestly say that I’ve found a job I love, with work that fulfils me and I get to do it with people who want the same for themselves.
We are based in one of London’s most eclectic and iconic streets. There are vintage clothes stores, independent coffee shops, quirky bars, pop-up stalls and street market stands close by. We have a spacious canteen and fridges to store our lunch, but I eat out a lot because there are so many choices. The location is unrivalled when it comes to food options – there’s Italian, Thai, African, Indian and more depending on your preference.
