This position is initially limited to 24 months.


Your Role

  • Providing full administrative support to the Service Implementation and Solution Design team
  • Acting as first point of contact for internal and external parties
  • Creating reports for the monthly capital costs, department cash flow and service customers contract relevant updates
  • Keeping the technical inventory for pending installations; order management for the neccessary equipment 
  • Responsible for the coordination and documentation of meetings

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in a business administrative field or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative position or similar
  • Experience with basic report creation and administration
  • Good knowledge in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong sense of confidentiality
  • Fluent in English and German

I feel appreciated here. Reception isn’t like reception at any other company. I’m a go-to person which makes it a nice place to be. When I had my 10-year work anniversary, it was nice to hear stories about my accomplishments and adventures at this company.

Everyone is very driven, professional and dedicated. The office atmosphere is friendly and everyone is approachable. If you have any questions or you don’t understand something, you can just ask.

The office is big and modern with lots of windows and natural light. They really thought about us when designing the office space, it’s very well organised. It feels homey at my reception and we have places where people can sit and chat if they like. There are lots of break out areas and meeting rooms so there’s plenty of space to collaborate.

We have brand new coffee machines, showers and a canteen with fresh food. The office is in a very good location, with buses and trains a three-minute walk away and lots of parking spaces.

I started working in the Sales team in 2013. After having my second child, I was given the opportunity to start my new role as Team Assistant. I have more responsibilities now, but it’s good to be back.

I help anyone who needs my support. Some days we have events which I have to take care of and other days I support the Facility Services Coordinator, the Marketing team or our Managing Director’s PA. It is different from day to day and that’s why I love my job.

We have a new office in Vienna and it is amazing to work here, because everything is perfect. I love working here because it’s not like any other company and I feel supported in every way. If I need help I can ask anyone.

I really like our team building events, because everyone has fun and talks about important topics and issues to work out solutions. 

Cornelia started as Sales Support, switched to Sales and Marketing Assistant and is now a Team Assistant in Austria.
