Your Role

  • Supporting the Country Finance Lead on all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements
  • Providing local management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis
  • Supporting implementation and roll-out of new finance systems or processes
  • Collaborating with teams across disciplines inside our organisation to problem solve and maximize business efficiency
  • Assisting in providing analytical support on strategic and commercial decisions, which involves analyzing large volumes of data to pull out key insights and recommendations
  • Preparing annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts and annual 10-year cash flows for assigned property and country-level cost centers


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a similar field 
  • Min. 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role or similar professional experience
  • Expert in creating financial reports and analysis
  • Confident in managing large and complex data sets
  • Knowledge in energy controlling is of advantage
  • Fluent in English and German

I really like the variety of my role. One day I might be looking at our operations from a financial perspective to ensure there is a return on investment, and the next I could be working with sales to help them understand our customers more and target the best segments.

On a typical day, I have breakfast in the break out area. I enjoy the free fruit the company provides, or I go to the supermarket close by. My first task is answering emails, then I have lunch. In the afternoon I do my standard tasks like invoice processing and agreements. I enjoy seeing the progress of the company in the form of invoices and numbers.

Every year, we have a get-together with a coach where everyone talks about their challenges and highlights over the last year. You get to know a lot about each department, which is very informative and motivating.

I really like the friendly, international atmosphere. We do a lot of sports activities, like running on Mondays and beach volleyball on Wednesdays. There are a lot of health conscious people here, with many different interests. I feel like every day is a chance to learn something new.

Our seniors are very helpful and interested in our personal and professional growth. The company pays for online language classes and exams.

Our office furniture has recently been completely overhauled and facilities for customers have been added, like a new office area, meeting rooms and a space for breaks. The office is well connected by public transport and there are parking spaces. It is located in an industrial area but the neighbourhood is changing day to day, with new apartments and restaurants springing up.

Lunch is paid for by the company and there are two different restaurants where you can order meals to eat in the office dining area. If you want to have lunch outside the office, there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

I like coming to work because there are great people and a positive atmosphere. The office culture is in line with our core values: courage, passion, teamwork and customer focus. Above all we are committed to teamwork, which I think is the most important value in any workplace.

I’ve witnessed the company grow over the years, and I feel like part of the evolution. My work is given recognition and I’m valued.
